Youth mindset towards entrepreneurship

Life gives you wings when you wish to fly higher. Everyone around you are important despite the position Which they play in making you strong. As youth we experience difficulty when trying finding something which fit for us and one of the big dream which every youth has is to own his/her own job or business but the challenge is how to start it and sometimes how to manage it. 

It's true that most of youth especially in sub Saharan countries lack enough knowledge and skills towards establishing or managing  their business hence lead to dififcult's in start something uniques which might have great impact to their life and the community at large.

What should be done to improve youth knowledge towards entrepreneurship.?

-Training and workshop should be introduced across the countries to help youth to understand the value of what  their believing in.

-capacity building on using technology to be a source of finding markets and customers online which it will help to reach many customers hence to increase market base.

-policy and laws should be highlights the benefit of reducing taxes and charges towards entrepreneurs and innovator's.

-banks and microfinance should look up helping youth with dream of becoming entrepreneurs by creating favourable environment for them the have loans with low returns rate.

-governments should adjust  programs and project which goes with the world technology. This will help the government to attain a large number of youth who introduce goods which fit the world market quality

All in all youth in Africa has a long way to go especially in making them believing that their are the future of the continent and they have to make steps towards taking a leading role in investing and saving..
